As Radford University enters its second century, it has embarked upon a project to reinvent its online presence. The website redesign project seeks to create a consistent image for Radford University. Through words, images, site architecture, colors, fonts and key messages, the site will reflect Radford University’s brand to its many audiences.

Three Finalists Announced in Radford University Provost Search

Radford University’s search for a new Provost and Vice President for Academic Affairs has been narrowed to three candidates. Candidates are scheduled to visit campus later this month, providing members of the university community with multiple opportunities to interact with each individual.

Olympic Gymnast Dawes to Highlight MLK Day Tribute

Former Olympian Dominique Dawes will serve as the keynote speaker for Radford University’s fifth annual Martin Luther King Jr. Tribute on Wednesday, Jan. 19 at 7 p.m. in Preston Hall’s Bondurant Auditorium.

For January, the spotlight is on London native James Lloyd, who is an MBA student at Radford University and an assistant tennis coach with the RU women’s team. RU Enters 11th Annual Collegiate “RecycleMania” Competition

Radford University will again answer the challenge to improve its recycling activities and efforts in the 11th annual RecycleMania contest. RU will join nine other universities in Virginia and nearly 400 colleges and universities nationally to promote waste reduction activities on their campuses. Read more.

The Radford University community honors the memory of student Matthew Special, who died Tuesday, Jan. 4. Matthew was a senior at Radford University majoring in computer science and was employed at the university’s Gaming, Animation, Modeling, and Simulation Lab.
